The GEID EL ZM is a power supply and control system for 220-VDC scrap electromagnets to be mounted onboard the operating machine. It is provided with an electro-hydraulic unit composed of a DC generator coupled to a variable displacement hydraulic motor. The system is completed by an electronic control unit and a panel with digital display that can be used by the operator on the cab to control the phases of work of the electromagnet and set the demagnetization.

Thanks to the new technology which allows to calibrate the displacement of the motor according to the actual oil flow present on the hydraulic line, the GEID EL ZM produces less energy consumption. The DC generator needs a 12 or 24V power supply taken from the batteries of the operating machine to get an output voltage. 6 models available with powers from 5 to 30kW.
